Poor workplace environment and leadership - Executive KRA Group Employee Review

Workplace was stressful. Managers did little to provide support to staff and at times it felt like workplace bullying. Too much office politics. Promotions were given without a clear feedback or review system, up to manager's discretion. Favouritism was rampant. Work was not distributed equitably: Some staff had to work overtime multiple days every week, while others constantly skived off work without repercussions. Casual Sexist remarks could be heard in the office.
