Pros

Typical job with average pay and benefits

Cons

Organization is not professional you will need to learn everyone on your own. The accounting moral has an attacking demeanor and it is completely allowed. Culture is not existent, company does not have an HR department or have protocol for hostile environments. Horrible communication. Not approachable with questions, you're better off YouTubing your questions. The motto is figure it out yourself. Unethical staff and dishonesty which results in creating a persona of employees as liars. Rewards bad behavior and allows toxic work environments.

Dear Senior Structural Engineer, Thanks for taking the time to comment. We strive to create a great working environment, providing challenging and exciting projects with significant variety, so we appreciate the feedback. KPW encourages all of our employees to present their unique projects or experiences to the team. By doing so, individuals develop communication and professional skills while educating the rest of the staff in the process. Also, our Leadership Team is creating a program in which senior staff will present on topics like Best Practices for Project Managers, Risk Reduction Strategies, and Improving Communications with Clients. Finally, we recently hired several engineers at various positions which will improve the workload balance for you and the rest of the team. Sincerely, The KPW Management Team
