      Benefits are hard to beat, focus on culture and people

      Cons

      Promotion process is political and also based on “business need”- you have to be working the level to be promoted but when you are, they claim that there’s not a business need. Paradoxical at best.

      KPMG is a great place to start, progress or continue your career. Between smart colleagues, flexible work schedule, interesting projects, and up-to-date tech, you feel like you're at, or at least near, the forefront of the knowledge economy.

      Cons

      There is often duplicative projects and the content management is not as efficient as it can be.
