      Great training and great benefits

      Cons

      Terrible hours, low pay comparable to other Fortune 500 rotational finance and accounting programs. You take a discount for training and to have name on resume. Once you do 2 years you can essentially have any senior associate job in accounting you want outside of firm

      Pros

      KPMG is a great place to start, progress or continue your career. Between smart colleagues, flexible work schedule, interesting projects, and up-to-date tech, you feel like you're at, or at least near, the forefront of the knowledge economy.

      Cons

      There is often duplicative projects and the content management is not as efficient as it can be.
