History of decent projects. Most middle managers are very approachable and competiive. Good scope for learning *in a few* projects for those interested. Pretty good project management schemes.
Cons
senior management step motherly attitude w.r.t Bangalore division. Extremely bad package and a 2yr bond against Rs 2lac for freshers. Lunch served is of bad taste and quality. Cab facility is very expensive. All bonuses are a part of the salary package mentioned. the salary structure is the MAXIMUM you could get and that is not the case 95% of the times. Company is bothered about purchasing other companies than focussing on the development of what is there. Very serious attrition rate. *CAUTION* It is a pseudo-products company. not much 'product development' happens. middle management struggles between stingy senior management and ambitious lower layer. one in 50 chance that you might a purely technical oriented job. Lots of service/maintainence projects.
