The pay is competitive for an entry-level employees.
Cons
In short, everything management said during the interview process about the job duties and description was either a lie. Managers are actively incentivized to waste clients' time and money so I spend at least 20%, and some weeks up to 100% of the time idle. While I was not idle, I was not using any of my skills or passions and was merely doing busy work so that management could bill the clients.
