Pros
Learnining opportunities Organization has good Values and promote CSR Though most of people are Marathi. they respect other cultures and they are accomodating. Professional growth opportunities are there for sincere, hard working people who are willing to contribute to company's growth in the long term.
Cons
Some of the Senior Management level prople are trying to build their own kingdom by favouring some employees, other capable employees get frustrated and leave the company. Growth Path is not clearly defined and transperent. Salaries are at lower side, need to match with the industry trend. Many HR policies are not Employee Centric Employee motivational awards / rewards are 'ridiculus'...! Too much focus on cost saving.
