Here at KPIT, everything is done onto system, thats why we are always getting chance to do anything on our own, and not our Leaders, Timelogs, Leaves, Other Requests, shift allowance, etc. we follow "If No one can do, You must Do" attitude over here
Cons
People over here are so liberal, so it leads to lack of discipline and Professional sense and ethiqs. and no transperancy in commitments. 90 days notice period.
