Pros
1. Management used to be better a couple of years ago — that phase is long gone. 2. Attractive salary is offered only to lure candidates during hiring. 3. Small company, which makes politics faster, deeper, and unavoidable.
Cons
1. Do not fall for the honey-coated promises. Once a project ends, employees are removed immediately. 2. There is zero job security. Quarterly performance reviews are a tool for forced exits, not genuine feedback. Bad ratings are deliberately given to justify termination. 3. Extremely toxic and political environment. Survival depends more on alignment with management than on actual performance. 4. Fear culture: every month 4–5 people are pushed out, keeping others constantly anxious. 5. Senior and experienced resources have already left due to politics; the remaining employees are sidelined, overworked, and disposable. 6. No respect for loyalty, effort, or long-term contribution.
