It's a good place to get started as a therapist

Workload can be a lot

Money and PTO are the only things of worth. Plan an exit strategy before starting and don't easily trust the longtime workers.

Hierarchy, nepotism, extreme conditions for stress and not getting PTO approved forcing you to call out each day you truly plan to be gone. Mostly female therapists keep having physical relations with the clients in the facility and at least one to my knowledge was impregnated by one. Get a social life before working there to avoid getting charged and losing your license, dignity, and professional opportunities.
