Pros
Management can be friendly and accommodating. Expectations for work effort are fair. Wages are at or above average.
Cons
Some facilities are actually falling apart. A lot of repairs are surface and bandaged to become a problem later on. There is little effort on management's part to fill openings and it causes staff to be overstretched, ultimately results in departments floating staff that are not familiar with other departments.
