- Colleagues are very friendly & helpful - Some managers are really great to work for and genuinely want what's best for you - Free snacks
Cons
- Office is in Slough, not a great area safety wise -Advertised as hybrid working but set days are required so limited flexibility around family life. Also not enough desks / equipment for everyone. - Management often felt like they were bullying you rather than giving criticism constructively - Limited progression, felt like unless you buddied up to someone senior or threatened to leave your progression wasn't taken seriously - If you raised an issue you weren't taken seriously or told "we've heard that before" - Pay is also below average & hours can be long over what is contractually required - Lots of change in the teams constantly as always hiring due to people leaving
