I have not bothered to write a review of any company that has employed me. I decided to write a review now because of my admiration for Koval Distillery.
I am shocked by the negative mean-spirited reviews! I never experienced those moods at Koval Distillery. I wonder why people so disrespectful of their company don’t just quit and find someplace more to their liking rather than fomenting discord.
I admire the honesty and help in my role that the owners of Koval Distillery showed me. They always gave me clear parameters and instructions in my work as a graphic designer. They were encouraging and communicated with respect. The Vice President is also a strong helpful presence. He is knowledgeable and has a nice way of interacting with everyone. I can say that I also learned a lot at KOVAL.
The company provides many perks that I appreciate. In particular, when I was sick, they offered ample sick days. I also enjoyed the lunches they provided.
Koval Distillery supports hundreds of charities and needy causes. Though that doesn’t directly affect employees, I’m proud to be associated with a company that exhibits such great generosity and social consciousness.
Koval Distillery is a great and growing Chicago company and I am proud to have been a part of their growth and wish them all the best.
