Pros
It was nice to get free dog toys and the quarterly bonuses were good. Flexible work hours were also nice but do not make up for the fact that they pay way below market value for most of the office positions. The dogs and laid back environment is meant to entice people while hiding the fact that there are real issues with the work place culture.
Cons
Below market pay and no chance for advancement or pay increases, caddy/cliquey office employees who are obsessed with making sure they get ahead while others who are below them are ignored and left behind. Unfriendly and often off putting upper management who treat entry level people like unpaid interns
