Great flexibility, no micro-managing, great benefits as well as company car, gas card, cell phone and laptop. Meet your budget and there are virtually no questions asked.
Cons
in-office training is limited- after a month or so you are sent to corporate for a more elaborate training. The technicians can sometimes create a negative/complaining atmosphere that can be discouraging.
