Work Life balance is good subject to how you plan your work. Some employees are not sure about the work background and agrees to complete in certain time. Once the time comes to end, Manager will catch you with his words. Good quality food with little price (Breakfast - 10 INR, Lunch - 20 INR, free snacks for those who stays after 6PM) Typically timings are fixed between 8:30AM to 6PM, how ever you can choose flexible timing subject to the agreement between you and your manager. For most of the teams status update meeting starts by 9AM which forces you to utilize flexible timing. It will be difficult to employees who have children to drop them in school. Free shuttle service. Major parts of the city is covered. Free parking for either two wheeler or 4 wheeler, not applicable if you have opted free shuttle service. If any female employee stays after 6PM for any valid reason, taxi will be arranged at 7:30PM. Female employee has to apply in advance. Company will provide all relevant tools for your work. Cons
Salary is low. Earlier it was very low. But during 2022-2023, salaries were revised to meet market value. It was nice move, however still needs further revision to meet the market value. Work Satisfaction - Most of the projects are in maintenance stage. Very few projects are in full development stage. One can get work satisfaction based on their willingness. Micro management - Few project managers seems to apply micro management. There are some hidden politics played by senior most employees for their survival, which effects the fellow junior colleagues.
