      Good systems and tools and flexible working.

      Cons

      The leadership in the middle east is a challenge. They lack diversity of background and thought which makes promotions and other related decisions sometimes biased; selections of leaders are based on relationships rather than merit so very hard for an outsider to fit in. They act as if they care about employees but in fact they don't and there's lack in transparency.

      The hiring process was fluid. The emails were timely with lots of support for any questions or clarification. The background check was flexible. I was able to participate in the screening process while away from home. I appreciate the flexibility and respectful conversations with the human resource and management teams.
