      Interne struggles als het over geld gaat tussen departementen maar om de klant te helpen past iedereen zijn schema aan, maakt tijd vrij. Zeker om nieuwe mensen te helpen met hun vragen, nooit een ongelegen moment of te weinig tijd, maken er tijd voor.

      Cons

      Gigantisch arsenaal aan leerstof in de database. Zo groot dat je uw info niet meer kunt vinden. Zoals zoeken met Google maar minder advanced algoritmes.

      Pros

      The benefits were great although expensive. Lots of flexibility with your schedule for appointments. 2 days in office 3 days work from home. Good PTO and 401k was great.

      Cons

      There are a lot of great reasons to work for Kone but overall the environment isn't great. Management has their favorites so the employees that aren't within that circle are treated poorly to the point of quitting.
