I like the work flexiblitity that KONE offers me . they don't require me to go to the office every day as long as I deliver my lasks
Cons
There has been too many changes happening to the office lately and while tge intention is good ( i know that the management just want to improve work ), i believe that you cannot apply too many drastic changes at once .
