      There is very good company culture and very friendly working enviroment. it is easy to keep life-work balance. Also, it is benefial for career opportunity.

      Cons

      For this position, there is no much room for promot. It is better to apply Assistant Accountant position in major Finance team.

      Pros

      The hiring process was fluid. The emails were timely with lots of support for any questions or clarification. The background check was flexible. I was able to participate in the screening process while away from home. I appreciate the flexibility and respectful conversations with the human resource and management teams.
