No support from seniors Branch Managers needs counselling(psychiatric) Everyone believes in blame game Very less qualified top management .. Some directors are even ITI or diploma holders with very poor management skills. They act like dictators Salary and perks are worst in industry(local conveyance 2rs per km up to deputy manager level🤣🤣) Branch managers always try to put there responsibilities on juniors and always try to play politics Customer satisfaction is last criteria in this company Finance is not for facilitation but for creating hinderances Worst organisation
