      Pros

      Kone has a knack for recruiting personable employees. Excellent training opportunities. Plenty of scope for future career progression. Great elevator package.

      Cons

      Unrealistic installation hours, there is no way an elevator can be installed in the target timeframe whilst following the Kone installation method to the letter.
