Pros
Great colleagues, tons of guidelines and materials to support in any role. Pretty good support functions.
Cons
Constant change, the information flow between HQ, Area and country organizations is inefficient. People working in the "frontline" offices may not get information about changes in processes at all, even if their job title would suggest that they should have the information. Compensation is very weak at least from a Finnish viewpoint, overtime is not compensated but is expected in some finance roles.
