Pros

- Great if you want to be caught in a revolving door of a work place or if you want to fall into complacency. - Unironically decent benefits coverage but no 401k contribution until 2nd year of employment.

Cons

- Underdelivers on any and all promises of upward mobility and salary increases - Absolutely bankrupt of all imagination, innovation, and improvements as a video game company (including both the US publishing branch and the devs in Korea) - Horrible at providing work-arounds or solutions for when major problems on-site arises that impede productivity/work environment, refuses to provide remote work opportunities for any newcomers, currently (probably) demands full-time onsite without exception - Toxic work environment, the Korean upper management mocks and discriminates against current non-Korean employees and anyone who don't behave 'accordingly' amongst themselves. They are also quick to ridicule any potential candidates walking in through the door and crack crude, offensive jokes about their education, appearance, behavior, and more. - Obvious in their postings, but very low, under-market rate compensation in a location with very high cost of living
