      Pros

      Exciting to be a part of an industry leader, growing in the market with a premium quality product. The team is close and likes to have fun while exceeding performance goals.

      Cons

      We are growing so fast we are very busy! While the KNIPEX brand is over 135 years old, the KNIPEX direct office managing North America is still a young organization, established just only a little over a decade ago. That means there are not many rules so there is structure and procedures to create, but it's exciting to be a part of that process.

      Great company that strives to be better every day. Leadership genuinely listens to employee feedback and invests in improving processes.       Excellent work life balance. Corporate Headquarters located in Europe, and has the European values in regard to benefits, personal/vacation time. Fun environment that is very uplifting and supportive.
