Pros
- They give you a lot of responsibilities really young, and trust you to achieve results on your own. - You make a lot of money. - Valuable experience.
Cons
- You work too many hours. - Projects are always understaffed, and Project Managers on average promise lots of undeliverable stuff to the customer. - Inexistent work/life balance. You will work outside your country for extended periods of time, working too many hours a week, so you won't be able to see the places you actually are. When you get back home, you will have to work on the office until you are out on a project again. - Poor project planning, too many projects for the people hired. - If you don't speak german, there's barely any career advancement available for you.
