- a lot of things do manual and they expect you to be able to do everything yourself

quite good basic salary, very friendly workmates, flexible working hours. a lot and a lot of benefits

some department quite understaffed, not a lot of fresh graduates presence. no built in foodstores or restaurants (only water dispenser, vending machines and pantry, need to go outside to eat or bring your own food) Very limited parking and need to pay for outside parking (if not will be fined by Penang Council)
