Fun atmosphere and really great work culture. If you work hard you will be noticed. And promoted. Flexible if you have kids needing a day off. Canadian company - small business family feel. Work hard you will get pay increased - don’t work hard you won’t. Upper management easy to talk to. Opportunity for grow within is always there. Opportunity to travel To other locations. If you are a good employee do your job and go to work on time you could have a great career with advancement. Christmas bonuses and if in management position a bonus in July is often given.

Training is lacking in some locations Purchasing could be better - they seem lazy and or under educated for the rapid growth the company has seen.
