Pros
KMS has helped me advance my career and skillset. I’ve worked at 2 large companies before and they typically don't care about you as an individual. Being with a smaller company minimizes distraction so you can focus on your goals/craft. Come to work ready to grind and the results will show with patience. Everyone communicates with each other so we are always on the same page.
Cons
The company’s smaller office in Atlanta is not heavily structured. Works great for me but might not be for everyone.
