Pros

There used to a free lunch on a Friday...that was the only pro, until they stopped it.

Cons

Management system is an absolute joke. Communication is non-existent. The culture of fear in the work place is intense and their is no HR structure at all. Salary is lower than average for the work you do and you are treated like a servant of the MD as he is of the opinion that he pays your salary, therefore you do whatever is asked of you, regardless of your job description. They have an awful staff retention. Staff leave due to stress, bullying, unfair dismissal or simply because you "don't fit in". This place affected my mental health so badly. I didn't realise how toxic an environment it was until I left. Even that process was handled so appallingly that I had to consult ACAS. I strongly recommend working for a more reputable property management company, of which there are several in Leeds.

Pros

None - Senior Management are unapproachable. No training provided. Expected to work long hours with no additional pay, they will find a way of not paying you or try suddenly say you are not the right fit for the company. Massive staff turnover - speaks volumes

Cons

Absolutely zero. Oh you get free parking ?

Relaxed environment and you can grow your skills. Management are approachable and staff are friendly.

Cons

I have no negative comments regarding about working at KMRE as My role was supporting users remotely.
