Had the flexibility of working remote and not being micromanaged.

Part time data coders did not feel like included in part of the greater team and times could be isolating.

Got hired sight unseen over the phone. They offered a full time position but I declined. The full timers there are the most miserable group of people I’ve ever met. No joke, they hate their life and especially their job. If you are the least bit competent you (may?) have an opportunity for growth but I wouldn’t take it. Not a place you want to stay long term. But if you need a part time position and you have a college degree it’s not the worst choice temporarily. Just make sure you have a back up plan.

Leadership is out of touch and has no idea what it’s like to work there day to day.
