Pros
1. You will have exposure to different size of company in different industries: Non-profit, healthcare, governmental, insurance, and employee benefit plans; 2. You will receive excellent training from partnered network; 3. There have quarterly outings.
Cons
1. You are mandatory to work over time (50 to 60 hours) a week during busy season. 2. In stead of being appreciated for a hard assignment accomplished, you are resistant to learn if you mentioned your work is hard to your in charge. 3. Double standard. Seniors and above can complain their jobs, but you can't.
