I enjoyed my internship with KME. Matt took me under his wing and showed me a lot about what goes on day-to-day. The environment was very relaxing and the team seemed to mesh well. The team is very knowledgeable and easy to pick their brain. Have a great work/test lab for new/refurb'd equipment. Technology and tools they used seem to be modern at the time. Xbox conference room.

I hate meetings and it seemed like some of them were necessary but you see that at every company.

Medical/dental is costly and there’s only 1 PPO option. Management can’t seem to keep head on straight on what technical stack they want to use and therefore switch frequently. They often want to have their hands in trying and implementing new services but that can be overwhelming for employees to adapt to and correct at the level of expectations set by manager.
