Its great to learn and get exposure. Management is nice but strict. Doesn't take you only like employees but friends. Working and partying with CEO & the directors is a fun. All i can say is this company is not for those who like to play around, either learn or work efficient. Regional Languages are barred to avoid groupism, has a history of massive firings if any politics or groupism is found. Huge technical curve & you will love this company if you are a tech savvy Work from home, comp offs, leaves on friendly grounds is not a problem

Non efficient people are fired after warnings. Sometimes salary is delayed by couple of days but that's okay because the CEO helps anyone in need on personal grounds.

Only pro i have found is that the my colleagues were very good. But make no mistake this does not include the management or the CEO.

So many of them where to start.. 1. Salary ......Salary is delayed every month. 2. CEO ......single point of every problem of the company, do not know technical things at all. 3. Management .........busy deducting amount from salaries for some ridiculous reason. 4. False Hopes .......we will bring that client, we will do this , we will do that just a few things you will hear from CEO but that's never going to happen. 5. Bad behaviour with Local Employees.........So much bad behaviour with the local employees. One more thing, whoever wrote the single 5 star review i am 100% sure that he/she is associated with management or the CEO himself..........that's how freakishly bad they are........
