      Pros

      You do get exposure to complex surgeries in a very detail oriented environment. However, as a sales associate, there is little to no respect for personal time. Being asked to drive 2.5 hours just to refill a set is not uncommon. I would not recommend this job to ANYONE that wants to feel some sort of respect in the workplace.

      -0 personal time -Sales reps treat associates poorly -Very toxic environment -Leadership is all for themselves -Leadership is incredibly toxic -You are a personal assistant. The reps do not care about your development -On call non stop -Poor pay -You're basically a glorified truck driver

      Decent work-life balance and overall friendliness of coworkers/office.

      Cons

      They do not negotiate salary or any compensation changes. Even justifiable increases are denied and not revisited. Annual raises are typically 3-5%. Incentive for good hard work is minimal.
