      Great work-life balance, good working atmosphere and colleagues, interesting projects and ability to see aeroplanes every day

      Cons

      Although you can work there while only speaking English, without knowing Dutch you will miss some interactions/information as you will have to ask people around to translate it for you + some older documents are only available in Dutch

      Haven't found any yet; overall they're very responsive to suggestions and concerns and they really take care of their employees
