Generally, a good place to work with competitive salary, working conditions, and benefits that were on par with larger competitors. Company was once successful but largest client stopped giving the company business.

Management painted a rosy picture of the business during hiring process which turned out to be not true even before the current state of the economy. The owner's spouse also worked there and was not treated like the rest of the employees and often created conflict. Once company got usefulness out of employees they were laid off. Management's complacency in a down economy.
