Run Away and Don't Look Back - Anonymous KLJ Employee Review

The management and working conditions within the Environmental group are absolutely toxic. Benefits are average and the pay rates are below industry standard. The company pretends that it is regional or even national in scope, but almost all of their revenue comes from work within the state of North Dakota. There are few opportunities for advancement and the company is currently in a downward spiral. Lay-offs, resignations, and firings are rampant. Employees serious about their careers and seeking advancement should avoid KLJ. This was possibly the worst departmental management I have experienced in my career.
