      Pros

      Everyone is willing to help you and your managers genuinely care about your development and well-being. If you show accountability for your work, you quickly gain responsibilities and trust . Very good at recognizing employees and building a culture around recognition. CEO has a clear vision and communicates it well to everyone.

      Cons

      Not much bad to say except I wish the office was closer to the metro.
