Pros

The company has a lot of potential to be a disruptive player in the global communcations market. A lot of great people were hired on to build up the company, but have been mostly neglected and wasted. For those who remain, there is still a lot of talent that could do some amazing things if given the chance.

Cons

Working environment is terrible and nothing gets done due to conflicts between Shareholders. Constant upheaval and change in Executive Management due to these conflicts. The employees generally just try to stay under the radar, hoping that the issues will get resolved soon.

Pros

Highly interesting business with a lot of potential and some really good people on board.

Cons

Strong lack of communication and leadership, hostile work environment within the commercial team, sexist behavior by men towards women is tolerated, decision makers are reluctant or unable to define goals, narcissistic decision makers create a culture only suitable for yes-sayers, employees that want to create structures, processes and have a useful impact are openly criticized and treated disrespectfully, double standards towards different people are applied on a daily basis, no structure and no rules lead to whoever shouts the loudest being the one who's heard, backstabbing and verbally attacking colleagues openly are accepted.

Pros

• A good place for some people who enjoy a very flexible approach towards working time/duties, don’t mind lack of prospects and values money above anything else. • Relatively good entrance salary, • Highly interesting sector.

Cons

• Apparent serious issues are not being resolved and escalating quickly due to bad decisions and contributing to increased hostility between employees. • Lack of experienced leaders, feasible tasks and KPIs make the employee assessment dependent solely on superior’s personal opinion of them. • No place for people of strong morals and social spine, most of the employees are money-driven and concentrated on their own benefit rather than creating functional teams.
