-Benefits were competitive. -Single-customer priority made travel mostly a non-issue. -Mandatory overtime made an impressive W-2. -Friendly but transparent staff. -Experience laying people off led to generous severance package.
Cons
-Mandatory overtime. -Distinct lack of feedback at team leader and management levels. -Force reduction mandated more work for fewer people. -Minimal chance for upward mobility - usually translated to more work with a shift differential versus an actual promotion -Communication between field techs, tech support, management severely lacking. -Hard work thanked with more work, then force reductions.
