Pros
Freedom to do almost anything that help to achieve the business goal. Flat hierarchy. There are not too much rules to be obeyed.
Cons
The business goal isn't clear enough. Supervisors are still learning the art of people management. Too busy to communicate with employees carefully. Lacks of systems to be built or be improved.
