Great coworkers, a few parties each year, decent office, variety of clients(sometimes). Very flexible. Never had a paycheck bounce. Great location in downtown Bismarck.

Management/ownership is very shoot from the hip. No formal vision or plan shared with employees or directors. Company lacks job descriptions and a few other formalities. Management styles and culture can often be different from week-to-week. Lacks basic computer needs depending on position.

Nice office right downtown, occasional social hours on Fridays, some great artists and fellow co-workers.

I've never worked for such a dysfunctional company that's actually changed me as an employee. Everything you do is undermined, and you're always being second-guessed. My confidence has been shaken, and I'm slowly working to get back to the employee I was before this experience. I was set to take on a management position, then was laid off due to someone changing their mind about leaving.
