Pros
KISKA has some good things going for it, the people are friendly for the most part, and you can find a nice company culture. Wonder how this changed after KTM went bankrupt, so this was the mood in late 2024. This is also the only pro.
Cons
A lot has changed in the last few months, with KTM going bankrupt, KISKA going into a deal with Loxone, so well see what the future has to hold. In the past, i've worked with people who experienced burn out, mental stress and/or unproper people management. Luckily my Line Manager did their best to create a good working environment, but when you see it actively happening in other teams it doesn't help build a trusting environment.
