If lucky enough to get on a team with a manager that actually knows how to manage, you will always have someone in your corner.
Cons
Pretty much everything else. KIPP DC exploits their employees and uses the "team and family" tag line to overwork employees and underdeliver on promises and compensation. Leadership advocates for mental health days but does nothing to give employees the tools to take them out of fear of falling behind and failing kids.
