      Pros

      It depends on the team you're on, the quality and life balance you have, Semestral bonus Chance to do home office or compensate time if you had to work extra hours Christmas party Good work environment

      Cons

      The company is forgetting on the employees, the client is first second and last Overtime work No parking lot in any office if you're new No matter if you're right or you have a suggestion, you have to do what the client says, and if it fails is your fault, managers let this happen.

      Pros

      Not much these days. Used to be a good company until management out of Mexico decided to take over operations in the USA, with literally no understanding of legal and regulatory standards and even less caring for contracts, SLAs and basic security frameworks.

      Cons

      Constantly getting notices of non-payment, services being shut off...they even 'forgot' to run payroll once after accounting was taken over from the local office.
