Quality people in terms of knowledge and management, can negotiate above average salary in relation to the average market salary, flexibility in working hours, investing in people (education, travelling to conferences)
Cons
Lack of internal organization, big discrepancy between quality and non-quality workers, sometimes too much projects are going on simultaneously and not all of stakeholders are equally responsible and engaged, lack of future oriented strategy in terms of projects, not proactive at all in terms of salary revisions
