- No Training schemes or incentive programs - The bonus scheme is based on the year-end profit target of the whole agency rather than individual performance - Management structure needs improvement - Inflexible on hours/remote working - Working late is part of this agencies culture - Workplace culture is not well established - Employee feedback systems need improvement - Not the best office environment, crowded and little storage for PR samples - No showroom
