If you work hard as a junior engineer, you can work up your pay reasonably fast.
Cons
Long term prospects aren't what I would have liked between both project opportunities and leadership. It was clear that less profitable projects received less senior leadership/oversight so when one finds themselves on one of those projects it can be a challenge to be successful. It's a place that prefers lower experience employees for cost reasons and is fairly open about that stance. I think it does end up making long term employees resentful though because they have to deal with higher turnover rates as employees find themselves looking for something long term.
