Great work/life balance. Accommodating. Great team culture. Treated kindly, fairly and respectfully. Managers listen to feedback and genuinely care about the people they work with. Great pay. Free staff food on shift. Contracted hours for waiting/bar/kitchen staff, offering stability. Opportunities to grow within the company. A safe environment for people of all backgrounds. I was employed as waiting staff and within a few years I have been promoted 3 times and I am now part of the management team. This is the longest job I have had in the hospitality industry. The current General Manager Gemma is the best manager I have worked for in the hospitality industry...How many people out there can say they genuinely like and appreciate their boss?

There's nothing really. The team are all so close it might seem abit intimidating at first for a new hire...but give us all a chance! :)
